Georges Briard collectors unite! Snag this one of a kind glassware set for your next dinner party! Trust me, cocktails taste better in fine barware. These glasses come in a larger set of 8, making them perfect for large gatherings. These are a beautiful and unique set, signed by Georges Briard, featured in a vibrant contrasting gold, blue, and red design with red and blue stirring sticks. These are from the 1960's, making them a true mid-century gem. Set upon your gold bar cart or on display in a cabinets and pair with other fine Versace or Hermes home goods.

No notable flaws, but remember that these are vintage that will come with some wear.

Georges Briard was born in Russia in 1917 and moved to the United States at the age of 20 where he studied at the Art Institute of Chicago earning his MFA. In the beginning, Briard would purchase blank glassware from companies like Libbey and Anchor Hocking and embellish them with his designs. Being a designer, not a manufacturer of glass, he later realized he could license his name to companies who would produce his designs on glassware. His "designed and signed" wares were stocked at department stores like Neiman Marcus and Bonwit Teller.
