14K Gold Diamond Engagement Ring
Immaculate ring containing two center major diamonds for a total diamond weight of approximately 5.33 carats circa 1940s. Two large central diamonds are set by a 14K white gold polished band with a four prong setting. The first diamond is an old European cut measuring approximately 8.95 x 8.95 x 5.24 mm and totaling about 2.81 carats . In the color K with no fluorescence, 58.55% depth, 58.1% table, a thin girdle and a large culet. The polish and symmetry are fair with SI-1 clarity. The second diamond is a round brilliant cut measuring approximately 8.55 x 8.55 x 5.33 mm for a total weight of about 2.52 carats. Good proportions featuring 64.68% clarity, 64.3% table, a slightly thick girdle and a small cullet. With good polish and symmetry, I-1 clarity in the color H.
