How Will I Know My Order Was Accepted?

An email confirmation will be sent after you place your order. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive another email with a tracking number.

How Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

Please email misty@vintagebymisty.com immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders ship within 3 business days after received, even if it an overnight shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. We'll notify you via e-mail if items in your order are out of stock or delayed.

Where Do You Ship?

Vintage by Misty does ship internationally. All orders are shipped with signature required. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.  For more customized shipping please email misty@vintagebymisty.com

Shipping Rates Within the U.S.
For shipping within the U.S., three USPS/UPS shipping rates are available:


USPS Priority Mail (delivery within 3-5 business days) - $55

USPS Priority Mail Express (delivery within 2-3 business days) - $125

UPS Next Day Air (delivery on the next business day) - $175

 
In-store Pickup

In the area? We also offer complimentary in-store pickup at our Scottsdale boutique, 7046 E 5th Ave, Scottsdale, AZ 85251
You will be contacted by email when your order is ready to be picked up. If you no longer wish to pick up your order in store, please email us at misty@vintagebymisty.com or call (480) 522-6875 so we can assist you with alternative delivery options.
We will make every effort to let you know that your purchase is ready to be picked up.
 
International Orders


We partner with UPS, DHL and FedEx to ship to over 200 countries worldwide! 


International Shipping (7-14 Business Days) - $175


Duties/taxes are NOT automatically calculated at checkout. Orders being shipped internationally are no longer the responsibility of Vintage by Misty after U.S. departure. Orders typically take up to 3-5 business days to arrive, items may be held longer in customs and delivery may be delayed. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer overnight shipping service internationally. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping or duties/taxes on internationally shipped orders on returns.

Returns


To initiate a return please email misty@vintagebymisty.com within 24 hours of receipt. Include your order number, item purchased and reason for the return. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and merchandise must have all tags attached. This is for clothing items only. 

Some items from Vintage by Misty ship with an additional tag attached, that if removed may result in a delayed refund or disqualify the order for return entirely.

All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. This includes no odors such as smoke or perfume, no alterations of any kind and no split seams. (We photograph and document all vintage items at the time of packing to ensure that any returns come back in the same condition as sent)

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied or the COD amount may be deducted from your return

 Items purchased in store at Vintage by Misty are final sale. Items purchased online are final sale including fine and costume jewelry items. Handbags, Small Leather Goods and Shoes are Final Sale. Unless approved by Vintage by Misty for a return for credit only. Thank you for shopping VBM
